Is this hotel recommendable ?
I love this hotel! I never want to stay anywhere else! I’m so glad I found this place and I’ll definitely be back in the future! Even though we checked in much earlier than planned, the rooms were clean and incredibly cozy, and the staff was accommodating. They put in extra effort to make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely be staying there again whenever I’m in Bangui.

The staff members who handle the front office, reservations and parking did a wonderful job for us. We appreciate their professionalism and hard work to provide us with an excellent experience. We were very impressed with the check in staff when we arrived. The staff were welcoming and courteous, providing a smooth and efficient check in. The fabulous, OUBANGUI-HOTEL offers a wonderful ambiance, professional staff and a quality experience. We love the conference hall and all amenities. On this visit, it seems that even greater efforts were made to ensure that we enjoyed our stay!

I am so appreciative that there exists a place that still values customer service throughout the hotel. The staff were phenomenal. Mr KOLIKA (General Manager) helped make our accommodation a huge success. I look forward to next time. We had numerous positive attendees. It is refreshing to see family values still remain at the forefront. It is an example of how business should be done and is a lost art. Keep up the great work.
